Refund Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Food is perishable, so most of this policy is about making things right quickly. Here's how credits, refunds, and cancellations work at Eat Ringht Corp.
1. Cancelling or pausing
- Pause, skip, or cancel your plan anytime before the Thursday 11:59 p.m. cutoff, and you won't be charged for the next delivery week.
- After the cutoff, ingredients have been purchased and that week's order cannot be refunded, but you can donate it or send it to a different address in our area.
2. Problems with an order
Report within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo when possible:
- Missing or wrong meal: full credit or refund for that meal, or a replacement on the next delivery.
- Damaged packaging or a meal that arrives warm: full credit or refund for the affected meals. Don't eat food you're unsure about.
- Quality concern: if a dish wasn't up to our standard, we'll credit it and pass your feedback to the kitchen.
- Missed delivery on our side: full refund for the delivery, or redelivery when possible.
Credits apply to your next order; you can request a refund to your original payment method instead.
3. Deliveries we can't complete
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable access, or missing instructions, the order is not refundable, but we'll do our best to arrange a solution.
4. Catering
Catering orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before delivery. Within 72 hours, 50% is refundable; within 24 hours, catering is non-refundable because food has been prepared.
5. Classes
Classes can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the date, or moved once to another date with at least 48 hours' notice.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. How to request
Email support@eatringht.us or call (407) 856-3172 with your name and delivery date. We acknowledge requests within one business day and send a written decision within ten business days. Unresolved disputes follow the mediation process in our Terms of Service.
